Real talk: Women make less than men. 10 out of 10 people agree that’s completely effed. However, when it comes to deciphering gender wage gap headlines, things can get really hairy… So we called in our News Ninja to deconstruct some key facts, potential causes, and the most actionable solutions— so we can all bring home a little more bacon.
Research shows the discrepancy could be due to the fact that women are severely underrepresented in leadership roles. For every 100 women promoted to management, 130 men advance. (Sounds like more estrogen is just what the corner office needs.)
