Allow me to introduce myself…
Some things in life are truly unavoidable: death, taxes, and every art student eventually deeming his life interesting enough to blog about.
My name is Christian Zilko, and for the past few months I’ve been something of a man behind the curtain for Daily Fuel. I’ve been writing the accompanying blogs for many of our videos since May, so we’re probably overdue for a formal introduction.
I’m a college student living in Boston, getting a degree in theatre studies with the goal of eventually becoming a television writer. I spend most of my time in Beacon Hill writing scripts, reading Politico articles, playing poker, geeking out over TV writing techniques, and finding time for the occasional wacky adventure.
I’ve also worked for Daily Fuel for the past three years and continue to involve myself in the company’s new endeavors.
I have an encyclopedic knowledge of Bob Dylan lyrics and Frasier episodes, and just aspire to write something equally awesome.
For the foreseeable future, the Daily Fuel will be something of a window into my mind. My thoughts on the entertainment industry, my travels, my life in Boston with my strange friends, and some behind-the-scenes looks at projects I’m working on, both in and outside of Fuel. Starting this Thursday, you’ll be getting the full Christian Zilko experience!
Those of you who have read this far, and still are not sprinting towards the nearest exit, have my utmost gratitude. I can’t wait to start this journey together!
