That’s what Alex Clark’s artisan chocolate shop, Bon Bon Bon, means when translated from French. An apt name for the chocolatier who was hailed as “The best pastry chef under 30” by Forbes Magazine. While this “confiseur” was trained in classic French technique, it’s been her fearless and fresh approach (corrugated packaging? Ingredients you can see?) that’s put her - and her store - on the map. Alex sat down with Daily Fuel to discuss the purpose behind her passion for making great chocolate.
